Welcome to Guada Party Rentals. By placing a reservation, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations and Payments

A reservation is not guaranteed until payment or deposit has been received and confirmed by Guada Party Rentals.

Full payment may be required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for weather-related cancellations may be issued at the sole discretion of Guada Party Rentals.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring the delivery area is accessible.

Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The customer or an authorized representative must be available during delivery and pickup.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer assumes full responsibility for all rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

Rental equipment must be protected from theft, vandalism, misuse, weather damage, pets, and unauthorized use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment is used safely and only for its intended purpose.

5. Damage, Loss, and Cleaning Fees

Customers agree to pay for any loss, theft, damage, excessive cleaning, or repair costs resulting from misuse or negligence.

Equipment returned excessively dirty may be subject to additional cleaning fees.

Replacement costs may be charged for lost or irreparably damaged items.

6. Safety

Customers are responsible for supervising all guests and participants using rental equipment.

Guada Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, improper setup by others, failure to follow instructions, or unsafe conditions at the event location.

Customers agree to discontinue use of equipment during unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, or severe weather.

7. Concession Equipment

Customers are responsible for operating concession equipment according to provided instructions.

Guada Party Rentals is not responsible for food allergies, dietary restrictions, or reactions associated with food products prepared or served using rental equipment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Guada Party Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of rental equipment or services.

The customer's exclusive remedy for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental services giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Guada Party Rentals, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the customer's use, possession, or operation of rental equipment.

10. Force Majeure

Guada Party Rentals shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, or transportation disruptions.

11. Website and Payment Services

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, customers also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in the courts located in Kern County, California.
